Independent estate agents are losing market share to corporates and online agents. Not because they're worse at the job — most independent agents are significantly better at personal service, local knowledge, and getting the right sale over the line. They're losing because they have no marketing system. Purplebricks can outspend them by 10,000:1 on Facebook. A corporate chain has an in-house marketing team. The independent agent has neither, and no time to build one.
Klavyn exists to fix that. We work exclusively with independent UK estate agents — 1 to 5 branches, owner-run, usually relying on Rightmove and word of mouth with nothing in between. We build the same system the corporates use — paid ads, local SEO, conversion-focused websites, automated follow-up — and run it for a fraction of the cost of hiring it in-house.
We don't offer “bespoke digital marketing strategies”. We offer a specific set of services, each one targeting a specific revenue leak, measured in terms that connect directly to your business: valuation bookings, instruction rates, and the instruction fees they generate. If it doesn't put you in front of homeowners in your area, we don't do it.

Baran and Shoib started Klavyn after working with multiple estate agencies and seeing the same problem repeated everywhere: agents who were excellent at their job but invisible to the homeowners who needed them. The gap wasn't ability — it was marketing.
Klavyn was built to be the marketing department independent agents never had the budget to hire — specialists who already understand the industry, the seasonality, and what a real instruction is worth.
